The magnesium in Himalayan salt is beneficial for muscle tension. It also has a deep-cleansing effect, aiding in detoxifying the skin. Each 300g package of CBD bath salts by Herbliz contains a total of 150mg of cannabidiol.

Instructions: Add approximately 60g of bath salts (3-4 heaped tablespoons) to a bathtub filled with hot water. The bath should not exceed 15-20 minutes to avoid excessive strain on the circulation.
